Refund Policy

Because each Creative Design by Melody piece is handcrafted with care, we accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of pickup/delivery. Items must be in original condition. Custom or personalized orders and sale items are final sale. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
