This is a ceramic basket made in Portugal and is hand-painted.  The Manufacturer is RCCL and is visible on the bottom of the basket.  The square base is white with a braided handle. The hand-painted design is with a floral pattern, purple flowers and green leaves on all four sides and the handle.  No cracks or chips.
