This unique item is a celery dish.  Early American pressed glass produced between 1910 and the 1930s.  Scalloped sawtooth rim, crosshatch and vesica cuts.   The term "NUCUT" on the bottom.  Roughly 8 inches long, 4 inches wide and 2 inches high.
